_Working on a renovation project with Deal Property, Inc. Migliore, a renowned shopping mall located at
Myeongdong, where Japanese developed as a commercial district during the colonial period, is renovating
into a hotel. Main customers will be visitors from China and Japan. Small fashion retailers are allotted at
the first & second floor will be remained, and the design should suggest a new interpretation on hotel
program which lobby is on 3rd floor, related to “Hanruy” contents, Korean Entertainment contents.
_Working on a masterplan. The site is in Beijing, China. Gathering data since the site visit sponsored by
Eastern air, China. Strongly advised to design the site as a seclusive and austere place for political and
cultural elites only, “ Peng Elite Club.”
_Wrote design scenarios for CJ Entertainment & Media Park. Focused on developing an alternative
proposal to Theme Park as a place of story generator, also Wrote of New Shopping Environment
